Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Oasis Clinic Spa, we value your time and kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment price. The same 50% fee applies to appointments that are rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a cancellation fee. No-shows or appointments cancelled without prior notice may also be subject to a 50% charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our cancellation policy helps us manage our appointments fairly and gives us the opportunity to offer available times to other clients.
